It's very unfortunate that we had an electrical fire in our kitchen. First, I'm extremely grateful that no one was hurt or injured. Second, a bunch of restoration companies came out and spoke with my wife. She said that she had a great conversation and good feeling from Ryan Hammel. I was out of town when this all occurred and called Ryan when I got back. Ryan and I set up a meeting and we signed with Ryan to work with our insurance company. Ryan was fantastic and a great communicator to explain the process and keep us at ease. I hope no one has to go through a tragic event like we had. I'm just glad that there is someone like Ryan that is professional, caring and concerned with helping you get back to some normalcy!!

My first contact was with Ryan, who was so kind and reassured me that I had already gone through the worst and that it would get better. He was so patient as I was starting to cry and almost hyperventilating. He calmly told me to take a deep breath or get some water to calm down, and that he would wait on me to gather myself. I am so thankful that he was the responder because he made me feel that he was not only sympathetic but also supportive. As soon as I arrived at my residence, he had the team there and ready to start mitigating the damages. If you ever have a fire, the only person to work with is Ryan Hammel.
